Prices for 2025-26:
S/D/T: $500 (D/T split cost)
Group of 5 or less dancers: $600
Group of 6 or more dancers: Starting at $100/per dancer, will go up depending on size and complexity.
Axia Workshops
“Axia Workshops” bring Ian Howe’s 35+ years of experience directly to your dancers. From short masterclasses to multi-day intensives, each workshop is crafted to inspire, challenge, and elevate dancers of all levels while leaving a lasting impact on their technique and artistry.
What it is: On-site guest teaching, intensives, and masterclasses.
Who it’s for: Studios, students, and programs looking for a fresh, high-level perspective.
Prices for 2025-26:
Guest teaching: $150-$200/hr
If you need multiple days/multiple classes, prices are negotiable.
Lodging/Travel is NOT included in those prices.

“Axia Educator Lab” empowers teachers and studio owners with tools, strategies, and mentorship to thrive. From class structures to leadership coaching, it’s about strengthening both the business and the artistry of dance education.
What it is: Professional development and mentorship for teachers and studio owners.
Who it’s for: Studio directors, dance teachers, and educators seeking growth.
Axia Assistant Program
“Axia Assistant Program” provides aspiring dance educators and studio leaders with hands-on experience alongside Ian Howe. Participants travel nationally and internationally, assisting in classes, supporting workshops, and contributing to choreography, while developing teaching skills, creative insight, and professional growth in a dynamic, real-world setting.
What it is: A hands-on program traveling nationally and internationally with Ian Howe—assist in classes, support workshops, and contribute to choreography while gaining real-world teaching experience.
